A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I am writing a series of short stories based on life experience, both humorous and tragic.

2. Why do you make art?

I feel compelled to do so in the desire to leave a trace of my existence and the hope that I can give some beauty and joy to others.

3. What inspires you?

I have dreams of art and moments when an image confronts me, otherwise just playing with art materials will do it.

4. What/who are your influences?

Picasso because he filled four houses with art; Klee because he invented abstraction and Van Gogh because he never quit.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

The person I want to meet is Gutenberg because he put words on paper for everyone to read.
